In addition to a personalized and efficient commercial service, Ecostal, as a wholesaler in global solutions in the field of renewable energy, offers its customers photovoltaic installers a set of technical and logistic services.
A technical assistance is provided by professionals, both in terms of dimensioning assistance and more specific technical issues such as the dimensioning of batteries or the installation of charging stations.
A quality after-sales service is also one of Ecostal’s strengths. The commitment of Ecostal is not limited to the sale, an assistance is planned after the sale to help the installer to find solutions.
Since 2012, Ecostal has a unit specialized in the follow-up in industrial projects. This assistance is adjustable according to the expertise of the installer in photovoltaic panels. It can accompany the latter from the beginning to the end of the project or intervene only on more specific aspects of the installation.
On a regular basis, Ecostal organises training sessions with its customers in order to enable them to be always at the forefront of information and novelties.
Ecostal has a total storage area of 6.000 m².
One warehouse of 3.000 m² on its new site in Barchon. And 2 external with a total of 3.000 m² (Eupen and Herstal).
This logistic organization allows delivery within 24 to 48 hours throughout Belgium.
Deliveries are made via its own fleet of trucks or through a quality subcontractor. In order to efficiently serve its customers photovoltaic panel installers,
Ecostal has 3 vehicles of capacity adapted to the needs including a Mercedes Antos and one Mercedes Actros with trailer meeting the latest environmental standards.
The flexibility of Ecostal’s logistics department makes it possible to respond, with the same efficiency, to all imaginable delivery requests: from the solar panel container to be delivered on an industrial site to photovoltaic kits (solar modules / inverters / mounting accessories) to be delivered to a residential construction site.
